Priory Crescent, Binham was a development by Lovell Partnership for Flagship Housing, with a total of 9 dwellings, including adoptable sewers accompanied by a 100mtr foul water Pumping main and carriageway construction.
The development, like previous contracts, saw a change from traditional housing as the "Pods" were prefabricated off-site and placed on the brickwork / below DPC without the need for concrete oversites, as a result the contract ran smoothly and swiftly as the houses required little to no works internally.
