London Road, Brandon was a development by Lovell Partnerships for Flagship Housing Association, with a total of 13 dwellings, including adoptable sewers; carriageway & footpath construction. An extensive soil remediation programme was carried out on this piece of land, to make it suitable for domestic use. All material being located to a suitable tip & replaced with clean inert fill imported & deposited in layers.

Storm water drainage on site was dealt with by using Soakway storm water control system, comprising of individual infiltration modules assembled together to form an underground management system that allows the water to slowly disperse back into the surrounding ground. One particular awkward task for the contract was the Foul Water connection into the main road through Brandon which was over populated with existing services.
