Ling Way, Coltishall was a development by Lovell Partnerships for Flagship Housing, total of 16 dwellings, inc adoptable sewers accompanied with pumping station / main. Carriageway construction inc off site existing carriageway upgrade.
The development as Cannons Walk, Thetford saw a change from traditional housing as the "Pods" were prefabricated off site & placed on the brickwork below dpc with out the need of Concrete oversites, as a result the contract ran smoothly & swiftly as the houses required little or no works internally.
