Investor In People Award Received - Posted 10 January 2006

We are proud to announce that after a sustained period of continuous improvement we are now formally recognised as an "Investor In People". The Investors in People Standard is a straightforward, proven framework for delivering business improvement through people. We value our employees and recognise their essential contribution to the ongoing success of the business.

Jane Ruddy carried out the assessment on 13th December 2005, accompanied by James Denton; Jane visited several developments and interviewed all staff onsite asking their opinions about a variety of issues including communication, structure and development. I would like to take this opportunity to thank and congratulate everyone in the business for their commitment and input into the day.

This award represents to us not the end of the "Investor In People" process but the start. With new standards issued this year, I am certain you will see these drive further positive changes in our business throughout 2006.
