Girling Road, Dereham was a development by Lovell Partnerships for "Orbit Housing Association", consisting of a total of 13 dwellings, including construction of adoptable bellmouth for a new site entrance.
The development consisted of removal of existing hardstands, concrete slabs, brickwalls, general planting areas and trees; followed by construction of two new blocks consisting of 4 dwellings each, along with an extension to the existing structure on site.
The development resulted in excellent use of the land, using it to its full potential and provision of 13 new homes.
