Lincoln Avenue, Hingham was a development by Lovell Partnerships for Saffron Housing, with a total of 40 dwellings, including adoptable sewers accompanied by foul water diversion works and carriageway construction.
Storm water drainage on site was dealt with by using the Wavin storm water control system, comprising of individual infiltration modules assembled together to form an underground management system that allows the water to slowly disperse back into the surrounding ground accompanied by a permeable driveway construction system
